Physical Fitness

Physical activity plays a central role in the well-being and development of our students at school. With a holistic approach to fitness and health, we've designed a variety of physical activity options to cater to the diverse interests and ages of our students.

At the heart of our physical education program is our partnership with the local Commonpoint Gymnasium, where our students have access to a state-of-the-art gymnasium. This facility offers a broad range of activities.

For our younger children, the school boasts a small, yet inviting playground attached directly to the school premises. This safe and secure environment is equipped with a climbing structure specifically designed to promote physical development, coordination, and social skills among the early years' students.

In addition, our school uniquely offers an outdoor rooftop space dedicated to the older children. This area serves as a versatile playground for various activities, including tag, running, jumping, skipping and other forms of exercise. It's a refreshing and inspiring environment that encourages students to engage in physical activity in the fresh air.

Nature walks are an integral part of our curriculum, offering students a chance to explore the great outdoors and learn about the environment firsthand.

Lastly, our school embraces the joy and physical benefits of music and movement which is ongoing in every classroom throughout the year.
